The Client Reporting Analyst will play an integral part in the client reporting automation project team to deliver an automated client reporting solution, and drive the development, production, and delivery of client reporting. This critical role requires someone passionate about client service delivery and data. You will apply your knowledge and experience of the asset management client reporting process to improve the client experience..

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the development and execution of client reporting efficiencies/systems.
  • Data analysis, implementation, and end user testing for the automated client reporting project
  • Oversee the timely and accurate production and delivery of all client reporting, including standard client reporting, regulatory reporting, and bespoke client reporting.
  • Oversight and review of administrator reporting.
  • Managing the various key stakeholders in the production workflow to ensure input data and commentary is delivered in a timely and accurate manner for all client reporting.
  • Analyze and identify any discrepancies or issues with reported data.
  • To contribute to excellent client service, manage the process of investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues that are identified.
  • Ensure the implementation of approved Change Requests

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Asset Management industry with a specific focus on, and experience in, the end-to end Client Reporting production and delivery process.
  • Experience in Data analysis and working with data
  • Project management / co-ordination advantageous

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification (BCom Accounting, Finance, Investments) required
  • Strong Excel skills essential
  • Programming skills would be a strong advantage (Python and SQL)
