Assist to execute complex data queries from clients quickly and efficiently based on knowledge of what we have in the databases and how to manipulate it to deliver accurate data solutions to clients
Assist to solves client analytics problems and communicates results and methodologies.
Data Analysis
Defines the validity of the information and works with the data steward to ensure that the information used is in compliance with the regulatory and security policies.
Understands market data and knows when to question the validity of information and queries with the JSE, Bloomberg or other service provider.
Presents and depicts the rationale of their findings in easy to understand terms for business.
Troubleshoots and implements enhancements and fixes to systems as needed.
Conducts advanced data analysis and complex algorithms as needed.
Development Support
Collaborate with Development Team on new projects or trouble-shooting maintenance reports.
Understand what data is available and relevant, including internal and external data sources.
Strategic Support
Ad-Hoc assistance to Management and Exco as required.
Maintain and support key client CRM systems as required, and maintain, support and manage workflow via team roadmaps.
Support, execution of and presentation ( when and if appropriate) of bespoke value-added research to clients.
