The successful candidate will help reduce key-person dependency, improve support resilience and increase delivery capacity by combining hands-on technical execution with practical business understanding. The role is suited to someone who wants to grow beyond pure development or pure analysis into a crossfunctional delivery capability across C#/.NET, SQL, support, automation, AI-assisted productivity, cloud exposure and controlled change delivery.
