To support the operational environment of PFS by taking on new funds and clients, managing the transition process, working with client driven change requests, process improvement and better utilisation of technology to improve and grow the environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To engage, assist and run with all new client take ons, take offs, portfolio transitions, changes and launches
  • Take ownership of the transition management process, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
  • To engage, assist and run with fund setups, fee calculator and NAV recon books builds, including ongoing system and counterparty improvement initiatives
  • To optimise the Implementation team environment (including the full supply chain end to end), developing out the system capabilities and efficiencies for fund products
  • Functionally supporting PFS, being the interface between Business Development initiatives, Operations and the Project Office
  • To develop, work on and roll out the project list as directed by the strategic initiatives directed by the Manager
  • To use client reports and dashboards to better communicate internally and externally.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships both internally and externally, positively influencing stakeholders at all levels, including clients.
  • Foster positive working relationships within the team, promoting collaboration and effective stakeholder management across various entities.
  • Own and manage project execution to ensure timely and successful completion of all initiatives.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years of strong experience and understanding of fund structures, products, transition management and project management is essential in this role.
  • Suited to someone used to working in small, high-performance teams and dealing with multiple issues at once.
  • Advanced level experience in Excel and related systems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant postgraduate / Honours Degree (Investments, Finance, Commerce)
